What do Psychology, Yoga, and Meditation have in common?
In psychotherapy, the psychologist will help the client with distressing emotional issues that often spill over into the body, through specific techniques that will help improve well-being.
In yoga, the instructor will use postures and breathing to work through the anxieties of the body that spill over into the mind, in addition to other physical benefits. It improves all aspects of your life: physical, mental, relationships, self-development, and well-being.
In meditation, the work is done through training the mind so that we can transform the way we perceive things, and thus transform our quality of life.
